1. CLICK HERE to download the registration form.
2. Rename the file GTUnano20-Registration.doc to FAMILYNAME-Registration.doc (where FAMILYNAME is your family name).
3. Fill out the form and submit the file FAMILYNAME-Registration.doc (email as attachment) to the conference.

A conference costs money. We are trying to keep the registration fee low to maximize attendance.

    • Early-bird registration fee (before June 30, 2020):

      • EUR 50      Student with presentation
      • EUR 75      Delegate with no presentation
      • EUR 75      Accompanying person (Social Program only)
    • Regular registration fee ( After July 1, 2020):
      • EUR 150   Academic with presentation
      • EUR 75     Student with presentation
      • EUR 100   Delegate with no presentation
      • EUR 100   Accompanying person (Social Program only)

Members of the International Scientific Committee and presenting authors of National Organizing Committee are exempt from paying the Registration Fee. 

The registration fee covers your participation in the Technical and the Social Program including the excursion, lunches and coffee breaks during the symposium.

Bank transfer fees are to be covered by the participant.

You will be notified by email within one week once the payment has been received.

• Please contact the National Organizing Committee if receipt of your payment has not been confirmed within one week.

An administrative EUR 50 cancellation fee will be charged for refund requests before July 1, 2020. No refund of registration fees is possible after that date.
